allows us to construct coherent pathfinder proposals early in the matching process. We find pathfinder proposals are useful in
focusing thoughts and reactions and, even if the pathfinder gets trampled in the process, we emerge quickly with much clearer objectives on all sides. Identifying negatives early helps reduce resource consumption on dogs and assists progress up the corporate venturing learning curve ready for taking aboard the next possibility.

Venturing partnerships are a long odds activity, maybe 3% take rate, cf 1% for venture capital. Our pathfinding approach improves on these rates.
